Orders takes 7-10 business days to process. Please note: the processing phase starts once we have all of the necessary information to process your full order. The processing time starts once you approve the order for bulk production. Delays can occur due to unpaid balances, failure to respond to approval pictures, or making changes to your order. All time frames stated are based on average processing times from the majority of our orders but are not guaranteed since every customers order is unique. Please order with plenty of time before your desired date to avoid complications. Not receiving uniforms by your desired date does not warrant an order for a refund as we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more. For orders under $100 shipping will be calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping information.

We do not accept any returns on customized items. If you did not customize your items you're eligible to return them by notifying us within 7 days of receiving your order. There is a 15% restocking fee and you are responsible for shipping the items back in brand new and unused condition with the original packaging within 5 business days of getting approval for the return.
